James Byrne received $8,560 in support of REGARDLESS OF THE MOMENT, filmed on the streets of Manhattan in 1988 and restored/digitized in 2020. The original media was 3/4 inch analog videotape, 3:4 aspect ratio, B/W. James digitized the footage and used Final Cut Pro X to restore it. He is restoring and sharing videos and films completed between 1980 and 2018 as part of an ongoing streaming festival of his previous work.
