Accessing Film/Video Project Budget Requests and Reports
All of these forms are connected to your original application, which you can access by logging into Submittable and finding your original application here: https://manager.submittable.com/user/submissions
You'll see a series of tabs. Your Budget Request and Reports will be in the FORMS tab.
HOW DO I REQUEST A PAYMENT?
Submit a budget request form in Submittable. The form will request that you upload a Budget Request sheet (Excel or PDF). You can download a blank Budget Request template at http://bit.ly/2zUPS1N.
You will receive an email when your request has been approved. We’ll let you know within two weeks if we see any issues or concerns with your budget sheet.
NOTE: If you’ve split up your grant into two payments, you’ll also need to submit another budget request for the second payment.
A NOTE ON REPORTS…
You are required to complete an update report within one year of receiving a grant payment. This report will be assigned to you via Submittable. Once you have completed your project, you are required to complete a final report, which includes your final budget for the work as well as a link/password to view the completed project.
